Janette Yates is a seasoned operations leader with a decade on the front lines of emergency medical services. A Nationally Registered EMT-B, she served communities across Louisiana and Texas—most notably New Orleans—where her work was featured on A&E’s Nightwatch. Her clinical skill, patient empathy, and multilingual abilities (Spanish and American Sign Language) reflect a consistent focus on making care accessible and personal.

At DPC Plus, Janette is the Director of Operations, responsible for day-to-day performance across all clinic locations. She streamlines complex processes, builds scalable workflows, and serves as a key liaison between operations, finance, and executive leadership. Drawing on years of training new hires and cultivating high-performance teams, she sets clear standards, supports accountability, and ensures that every operational initiative advances DPC Plus’ mission to restore the personal patient-provider relationship.

Janette’s approach pairs operational excellence with compassion. By optimizing systems and reinforcing a culture of continuous improvement, she helps DPC Plus grow sustainably and deliver on its core value of Impact Over Profit, bringing better care to more people, one clinic at a time.
