New employer groups that enroll and activate during October receive a waiver of their remaining October membership fees, up to $1,500 per organization.
The waiver starts on activation and ends October 31, 2026.
New employer groups enrolling at least 50 lives receive a credit toward our usual one-time onsite onboarding fee of $25 per enrolled life, up to $2,000 per organization.
The credit fully covers this fee for 50 to 80 enrolled lives. Larger groups receive the maximum $2,000 credit, with the remaining balance payable.
Eligibility is based on actual enrolled lives, not total employee headcount.
No donation or ribbon-cutting attendance is required to qualify.
