At DPC Plus, providers are not expected to operate inside the chaos of traditional corporate medicine. We have built the systems around you so you can take ownership of your practice, lead your panel, and focus on delivering meaningful care.
Our model uses limited patient panels capped at 800 members. That means you are not hammered with endless unknowns all day, every day. You have the opportunity to know your patients, manage your panel proactively, and deliver care in a way that feels personal, practical, and sustainable.

Panel Partner
For MA, EMT, nurse, and clinical support professionals.
At DPC Plus, this is not a typical assistant role. We call this position a Panel Partner because that is exactly what it is.
Panel Partners work hand in hand with their provider to build, manage, and advocate for a defined patient panel. You help create the patient experience, support clinical workflows, strengthen relationships, and make sure members feel known, cared for, and supported.
You and your provider are partners in delivering the direct care model to your patient panel.

Support Staff
Be the bubbly face of DPC Plus.
Our support staff help create the first impression and ongoing experience for our members. If you love interacting with people, enjoy answering questions, and are comfortable helping with payments and administrative details, this role may be for you.
Support staff are often the first people our members meet, which means this role is essential to how patients experience DPC Plus.

Management / Clinic Lead
Clinic Leads provide the backend business support needed by the clinical team. This role has a direct line to leadership and owns the metrics for each panel they oversee.
The right person for this role understands both operations and patient care. Clinical background is strongly preferred because Clinic Leads may need to jump in and help cover when needed.
This is a leadership role for someone who can manage details, support people, solve problems, and keep the clinic moving in the right direction.
